Local Realtors were treated by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Buiders Association with a first class bus ride to many new construction communities in St. Johns County Thursday. Starting with Rosewood Homes (my favorite being the Charleston model,with its rich,warm color tones) we were introduced to many economical homes from townhomes to McMansions. All the communities were adjacent to SR210.  Durban Crossing featured homes with custom features by TOll brothers with inlaid wood floors and majestic ceilings.  DR Horton homes in Aberdeen were affordable and flexible with their unique designs and invitng townhomes.  Ryland homes were last but not least and had the best built in pool designs and homes with a delightfully Green energy saving insulation in all window materials. All travelers were treated to a delicious lunch catered by Biscotti's.  A word to the wise realtors in our area - don't miss the next "SAM TRAM!"  My regards to everyone that participated for an interesting and informative afternoon. Maureen and JR Dunn - "It's a Dunn Deal!"  Vanguard/GMAC Realty.
