ATLANTIC BEACH Floor area ratioCommissioner Parsons in not the one to lead the fight as an "unbiased" individual who is involved in Real Estate. He should be involved in the debate but he should excuse himself from voting. Remember Commissioner Parsons was part of the "we have to get a clock ""group"" for the town five points", which never worked and was removed. He also, is part of the group that placed the pile of concrete in from of the firestation. Furthermore, he lobbied the prior commission for 45,000 dollars for art work when the city was hard pressed for budget money. His priorities are amiss. Commissioner Parsons should be discussing the need and leading the battle for street upgrades especially PlazaSt. and the area along Mayport road. Moreover, he should lead the battle for more extensive and better law enforcement along with improving the road structure in the Western part of Atlantic Beach.
