According to Marguerite Mumford, the Adopt-A-Road Program encourages businesses, industry, civic, youth and nonprofit organizations to adopt an area of roadway in their communities. "We selected about a mile of roadway on Hodges Blvd. and Hunt Club Road near Beach Blvd. in Jacksonville. The area has a mix of residential and commercial properties along the roadway and we look forward to helping the City of Jacksonville with monthly litter collection and other beautification activities," said Marguerite Mumford.
